Two-piece cylindrical presentation

This concept uses a tall, straight-sided tube body with a separate slip-over top cap. When closed, the cap creates a clear horizontal overlap line near the top. The opaque cylindrical surface provides a continuous area for a restrained brand system, while the removable cap keeps the opening sequence simple.

Plan artwork around the cap overlap

Treat the exposed body, the cap-covered band and the cap as separate artwork zones. Keep essential copy, codes and alignment-sensitive graphics away from boundaries until the supplier provides the approved production template. If a pattern is intended to appear continuous across the cap line, review a closed physical sample before approval.

Sample checks before production

1. Load the actual product and verify usable internal space.
2. Fit and remove the cap repeatedly, then inspect the overlap and printed boundary.
3. Rotate the closed tube to check artwork alignment and seam visibility.
4. Review the base, rim and cap edge for the specified appearance.
5. Confirm the packed unit inside its intended shipping protection.
