This custom design visualization shows a low square egg tart carton with an attached window lid and exactly four circular insert cavities in a 2 × 2 arrangement. The warm ivory, muted sage botanical lines and restrained copper dots are original artwork created for this concept.
What the verified reference structure shows
The selected reference images show a folding paper carton with a rear-attached lid, a large asymmetric rounded-trapezoid transparent window, side walls and tuck-tab closure features. Inside, four circular positions form one two-by-two layout. No carry handle is visible.
The images do not establish exact dimensions, board or film specifications, load performance, or whether the visible insert is manufactured as one sheet or multiple joined panels. Confirm those details on the supplier drawing, component list and physical sample.
Use the four positions as a packing map
Number the cavities from the hinge side to the opening side and keep that numbering in the sample record. Measure the lined tart in its packed condition, record its orientation, and note which edge or paper cup occupies the widest point. A count of four does not define the usable cavity geometry.
- Record the maximum occupied width, depth and height of representative lined tarts.
- Measure each proposed cavity opening, usable depth and removal access.
- Load all four positions and close the lid through its normal path.
- Check whether the window frame or lid underside contacts the contents.
- Photograph the same filled sample from above and from the opening side.
The egg tart portion-layout guide explains how to separate the packed tart footprint from the outer carton size.
Review the window with the filled sample
The transparent opening should be reviewed after the insert and contents are in their intended positions. Mark which parts of the four tarts remain visible, which areas are hidden by the paper frame, and whether a label or printed element enters the useful viewing area. Keep critical artwork clear of the window edge, folds, tabs and closure path.
Use the same closed-lid position and camera views for each revision. A presentation photograph can document appearance, but it does not prove the window material, food-contact status or production tolerance.
Information to confirm for a quotation
Send the intended contents, packed tart measurements, required usable cavity geometry, preferred opening direction, artwork files, order quantity and delivery destination. Ask the supplier to identify every supplied component and state the proposed board, window, insert construction and commercial terms in project-specific documents.
Dimensions, material grade, load capacity, food-contact suitability, minimum order quantity, price, lead time and certification are not established by these images. The rendered food illustrates access and layout only and is not included.
Design concept and sample approval
These are AI-generated design illustrations, not photographs of a manufactured TUZHE sample. The market reference was used only to preserve the visible carton structure. The surface artwork, camera views and styling were redesigned.
Compare existing egg tart box formats and other window bakery boxes. Use the custom packaging approval checklist to record the drawing revision, component list and unresolved questions before approving a sample.
