This custom design visualization shows seven slim rectangular cartons that close into one compact book-like block and rotate from a shared rounded end into a fan display. The navy, ivory and copper constellation artwork is original to this concept.

What the reference structure shows

The verified reference set shows seven repeated narrow cartons aligned around one common end. In the closed position they form a tall rectangular group. In the open position each carton rotates to a different angle, producing a fan-shaped presentation. No window, carry handle or transparent component is visible in the selected references.

The exact internal connector, pivot hardware, locking method and carton interiors are not visible. Those details belong in the supplier drawing and approved sample rather than being inferred from images.

Plan the seven positions before artwork

Treat every carton as a numbered position. Record which item belongs in positions 1 through 7, which face remains visible when closed, and which faces appear as the set opens. This prevents a continuous graphic from being approved only in one state while becoming misaligned in another.

The visual concept uses one constellation system across all seven pieces. A production artwork file would still need panel boundaries, bleed, fold and joint information from the confirmed structure.

Review the movement with the real contents

Open and close the complete sample with the intended contents installed. Observe whether every carton reaches its planned angle, whether adjacent cartons rub, and whether the closed group returns to a consistent outline. Do not treat an empty display photograph as proof of loaded performance.

  • Count all seven cartons in the received set.
  • Identify the shared pivot end and any removable parts.
  • Record the closed outline and the fully open footprint.
  • Check the same artwork reference across every position.
  • Load the actual product or agreed product representation.
  • Photograph the closed, partially open and fully open states.

Information to confirm in a quotation

Specify the required usable space for each carton, the intended contents, orientation, total packed weight, opening sequence, surface design and delivery destination. Ask the supplier to identify the board construction, internal parts, connection method, supplied assembly state and commercial terms in the quotation.

Dimensions, material grade, load capacity, food-contact suitability, minimum quantity, price, lead time and certification are not established by this visualization. Confirm them in project-specific documents and samples.

Build a sample approval record

Use the custom packaging approval checklist to record the drawing revision, sample identifier and unresolved questions. For another structure that stores flat, compare printed folding gift boxes. The new collapsible gift box corner-panel guide explains how to separate visual observations from unsupported manufacturing diagnoses.

Request a custom configuration review

Send reference TZ-C113 with the contents for all seven positions, target usable space, artwork goals, order quantity and destination. TUZHE can review the brief and identify which structural, material and commercial details still need confirmation for the project.
